This is a recording of a guided Neurographica workshop that invites you to recognise, nurture and embrace the beauty the lies within you. You will be guided through the Neurographica algorithm, NeuroSnow (also known as Kind Snow), taking you through the process of connecting deeply with the strengths, wisdom, and other resources that lie dormant within you, waiting to be brought to life. These may tickle the edge of your consciousness, you may be aware of them in your dreams, but they have not yet fully grown into your awareness. Through the drawing process, you will bring them to life.
It may feel especially appropriate to do this workshop towards the end of Winter, when it is easiest to connect to the idea of snow preparing to thaw and reveal what lies beneath it. If you find yourself drawn to explore this at another time of year, you may prefer to imagine the snow as sand, which can be gently blown away by the wind, or even as water.
If you are new to neurographica, this is a good workshop to begin to explore this powerful transformative drawing process.
What you will need for the workshop:
Plain paper (A4 or similar size)
A permanent/art marker (a Sharpie or a marker with a 1.0 nib width)
Coloured pencils and/or highlighters - a variety of colours
a notebook or spare paper for a writing exercise at the beginning of the workshop and for any thoughts, insights etc.
Optional:
A thicker marker for when you are invited to draw a field line (explained in the workshop). If you do not have one, you can use you 1.0 marker to create a thicker line.
A guided neuro art workshop, in which you recognise, nurture and connect with the resources you carry within.
