in this 6-week course you will be invited to connect to a deeply rooted love of yourself, through a series of exercises which are designed to be incorporated into your day-to-day life.  We will be using our relationship with ourselves as physical beings as a gateway into bringing self-love into our lives in a more and more grounded and ongoing way.  

You will be invited to consider self-love as very ordinary, as being a part of your existence, not as something 'special', that requires us to do something special to experience, but as simply being a part of our human experience.

A 6-week course for women , bringing an embodied love of self into your life

Course Overview

This is a course designed to explore what self-love is to each of us and how we bring that into our everyday live,
accessing a core sense of loving ourselves however we are showing up, holding ourselves in compassion,
respect, honour and appreciation.

It is not about doing something special for ourselves that is out of the ordinary (though that has its place).  
It is about weaving the love of self into the ordinary, so that our everyday lives encompass a more and more
deeply rooted love of self.

Many of us have been programmed to shy away from loving ourselves completely, in all states of our being.  Perhaps because this was not considered appropriate by other people, institutions or the societies we've lived in.  We may have conscious or unconscious barriers to loving ourselves completely, which, should they arise during this course,  we will meet  with love and compassion.  We will not fight them, but rather acknowledge them and reduce their power by familiarising ourselves with where they came from and re-writing the 'rules' they are based on.

It is the first time I'm running it and, in exchange for a low purchase cost there is an expectation 
that you will provide feedback on various aspects of your experience on completion.

What's included?


The course will run for 6 weeks, beginning 27th May 2025, 7pm UK time.

Each week there will be an exercise for you to engage with throughout that week.  
This will be something you can incorporate into your daily life without needing to make extra time for it.

There will be at least one live meeting each week, every Tuesday evening until 1 July, in which there will be the opportunity to share the experience of the week's exercise and the impact it has had.  There will also be some structured discussion and exercises.  Please note that the meetings will not be recorded.

A large part of these meetings and how we share experiences will be in the form of circle.  Please watch the video below in which I describe circle, as it will help you decide whether this course is for you.

1.  Confidentiality
What is spoken of in circle is honoured and respected as confidential.

2.  We do not respond
This is something quite unique to circle and different to most of our usual experience.  This might feel strange at first, perhaps liberating, perhaps uncomfortable... what it allows is for everyone to be fully present to their experience of and reactions to what is shared, whether they are speaking or listening.
